What "New and Sealed" Means at Pursure

Pursure is a marketplace for new products only. We do not list used, refurbished, open-box or "like new" items, and there is no condition dropdown for sellers to choose from. It is a simple rule, and it shapes everything from how sellers onboard to how we handle returns.

What every seller attests to

• The item has never been used, worn, installed, activated or tested.
• It ships in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all seals intact.
• It carries the full manufacturer's warranty, starting on the day you receive it.
• It was bought from the brand or an authorized distributor, not from another marketplace.

Sellers confirm this for every listing, and the date of that confirmation is stored with the product. Breaking it is grounds for removal from the marketplace.

What happens to returns

Returned items are never relisted as new on Pursure. Sellers may send them back to the manufacturer, sell them elsewhere as open-box, or donate them, but they cannot come back into our catalog.

Categories with extra checks

Some categories carry extra obligations. Supplements must show a best-before date at least six months out. Car seats and strollers must list their certification standard. Beauty products must ship in tamper-evident packaging.
