Manual-winding caliber 72 movement. Screw-down case back, dial with applied indexes and luminous hands. Seconds counter at 9 o'clock, 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock and 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock. It also has a tachymeter scale on the outer ring and a telemeter scale for distances on the inner ring. Being considered the "Grandfather" of the Rolex Daytona, its magnetic resistance is particular and characteristic, which helps maintain the maximum precision of the timepiece, something not present in any other reference of the family.
