A nice vintage Patek 3543 in solid 18K gold case with original buckle. 31mm rare blue dial, but wears more like a 34-35mm watch because of the large, square case design. Heavy and sturdy, runs well, but has signs of wear in accordance with its age, the dial has some imperfections but nothing too obvious.
