If you wish to ship outside of Japan, please read and agree to the following precautions before proceeding with your order. If you do not agree to the following terms, we will not ship outside of Japan. By placing an order, we will assume that you agree to all of the following terms. [ Precautions about items ] - Straps and accessories made with materials that may violate "CITES" (*1, 2) cannot be shipped outside of Japan. Before shipping, we will remove all applicable materials. When removing straps, we, not the manufacturer, will perform the removal process carefully to avoid damaging the item. However, some manufacturers (and customer service in some regions) do not approve of strap removal or replacement performed by anyone other than the manufacturer, and if you then request the manufacturer to reinstall the strap, they will use some excuse to force you to replace the part for a fee. Please note that if such issues arise, we will not be able to assist you and all related costs will be borne by the purchaser. (*1) Crocodile, lizard, python, exotic leather, etc. (*2) Removed materials will be stored at our store for three months and then disposed of. - Items with mother-of-pearl dials are more delicate than regular dials, so our insurance company has informed us that breakage of the mother-of-pearl dial is not covered by shipping insurance. We will ship your order carefully packaged, but please note that we cannot ship outside of Japan if you do not agree to this. - We may refuse to ship items with vibration-sensitive mechanisms, such as tourbillons, retrograde movements, and complication watches, depending on the desired region. - Our pre-owned warranty(*) is only valid within Japan. Please note that our pre-owned warranty does not apply to items shipped outside of Japan or taken out of the country. In addition, we do not handle after-sales service requests from outside of Japan, so please contact your nearest authorized retailer or brand service center. (*) Items marked "【CONSIGNED】" in the ad description do not come with our unique pre-owned warranty, even in Japan. Import taxes, etc. must be paid when the item arrives. For details regarding customs duties, import taxes, and other import restrictions, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. - Note Regarding U.S. Import Duties Non-U.S.-made products advertised in our Listings (including items with Swiss or non-U.S. movements) are subject to special import duties upon import into the U.S. As international trade regulations are constantly changing, please contact your local customs office or advisor before purchasing for the latest information regarding applicable duty rates. Please note that purchased items will not be shipped until the change to your shipping address is approved. (It may take several days for the change to your shipping address to be approved.) - False amounts or information cannot be included on invoices. - Please note that if an item is refused after shipping or returned to us due to failure to clear customs, all shipping and return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer(*).
