Omega Speedmaster “Dark Side of the Moon” Apollo 8 – Ref. 311.92.44.30.01.001 – NEW & UNWORN – Full Set 2020. For sale is an absolute collector's item in flawless condition: an original Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch from the legendary “Dark Side of the Moon” series in the exclusive “Apollo 8” edition. The watch fascinates with its fully skeletonised dial, which uses delicate laser engraving to faithfully depict the crater structure of the lunar surface. The sporty, dark design is accentuated by striking yellow hands and stitching. Case and bezel are made entirely of extremely scratch-resistant deep black ceramic. The watch is from its first owner (purchase date: 14.10.2020). It is absolutely new, unworn and still partly covered in protective film. It has been kept exclusively in the box and shows no signs of wear, strap-change marks or micro-scratches – absolute collector's condition. Movement: Omega manual-winding calibre 1869 (beautifully finished, visible through the sapphire caseback). Case: black ceramic, diameter 44.25 mm. Strap: original black perforated leather strap with yellow lining + additionally purchased strap (€150).
