The NeoTek Foam Core Bar Pad from Harbinger, available here in a 16” Olympic format, provides a comfortable layer of protection when performing back squats and other exercises where the barbell rests on the body. The pad weighs less than half a pound and can be cleaned with soap and water as needed.
