THE MOST STREAMLINED WAY TO CARRY THE WEIGHT The Ruck Plate Carrier® (aka RPC) houses a Ruck Plate® perfectly and is worn high and tight on your back for natural stability. Your chest stays open so you can breathe better to ruck longer. The RPC is built for comfort under weight, with a padded top handle, cushioned plate pocket, ergonomic lumbar support, and a non-abrasive back panel and shoulder straps — so comfortable you can wear it against your skin, no friction burn, no problem. When in doubt, start with 20LBS. If you have big traps, go with the RPC LONG.
