Powered by hydrocolloid technology, these patches work in different ways. How to use To use La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M Patch x22, select an appropriately-sized patch and carefully remove it from its packaging by tearing along the perforated line. Apply the patch onto clean, dry skin, directly over the blemish. Then, continue with the rest of your facial routine on areas where no patch has been applied. For best results, leave the patch on for 8 hours, ideally overnight.
